The staff is pretty nice and polite they make sure to welcome you In or out you even with headphones on. Oh they actually clean here too. The machines and restrooms are very clean; i have been to other locations that were frightening so thats a huge plus. The gym is a little on the smaller side compared to other planet fitness gyms.

This specific planet fitness is the most updated one I’ve been to so far. All the equipment are updated and clean. The location seems to be on the newer side compared to the other locations. Lots and lots of parking !

The negative reviews are only due to the opening being pushed back for a month and a half. I've been waiting for it to open since Sept 15th also, but I have a Black Card so I didn't sign up at this gym and get charged like others for over a month. I understand their frustration. The gym just opened Friday. I noticed randomly by shopping the area. The gym is on the smaller side of PF's. But machines are clean, they are newer models and the staff was nice both times I went. Hopefully it doesn't get crowded like many PF's do as more people become aware of it. It's in a perfect spot for many who live the area.

When I went to cancel I asked the lady helping me, to set it up to cancel before i got charged again not for that day. Before signing I asked again to make sure i can use the gym for the remaining 2 weeks and she kept reassuring me that it will be fine and that i just needed to sign(rushing me). She (spoke very little english) which should have been my sign to double check with someone else because she set it up to cancel that day. I spoke with the manager( who was pretending not to be the manager) and they told me there was nothing they can do and that she would have the manager call me. They never called or returned my phone calls and I paid for a whole month just to only be able to use the facility for 2 weeks. Horrible service at this facility coming from someone who has been a planet fitness member for over 10 years. Only reason i cancelled was because my new apartment has a gym.

First time being a member of planet fitness. For the most part, everyone at this gym are friendly and has good gym etiquette. Some people complain there’s no bench press or squat racks, it’s planet fitness you should already know they don’t have those. I really enjoy this place because it’s kept clean, big space, lots of parking, and the supermarket is right next door.

This is one of the best PF locations in the area. It's brand new, well kept up, very friendly staff. It has enough equipment that even when it's really busy, I can get the machine I want with a little wait or maybe I can do something similar without a wait. Not bad.
